The process is simple. First of all, data is taken with the scanner, digital camera, and etc. and then registered into Filing Navigation Terminal.
Copying and distributing become unnecessary and a great cost can be reduced because the data can be retrieved and be displayed with each site terminals. |

For example, it is possible to preserve 2,500 to 3000 sheets of A3 monochrome drawing in just one CDR MO.
IBy using electronic medium, there is a possibility to write it in HDD and etc. or filing it outside with MO and CDRW. Comparatively, it can construct the “system backup” of important data easily.
The “backup” is the possible “assurance” that can retake the important original drawing/manuscript easily at the time of trouble or malfunction and emergency damage/missing of PC and materialized it at the lowest cost. |
